02Check the condition that triggers UAD1453: @ValuationUseType = "SalesComparable" and LivingUnitCount > 0, and AccessoryDwellingUnitIndicator is not provided in a given instance of PROPERTY_UNIT_DETAIL.
03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
