- Gives the location of a place on Earth north or south of the equator. Lines of Latitude are the horizontal lines shown running east-to-west on maps (particularly so in the Mercator projection). Technically, latitude is an angular measurement in degrees ranging from 0 degrees at the equator (low latitude) to 90 degree at the poles (90 degree N or +90 degree for the North Pole and 90 degree S or −90 degree for the South Pole).
How to fix UAD1429
UAD1429 is a UAD 3.6 Warning edit; it may not block delivery, but it is still worth resolving before review.

- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1429: @ValuationUseType = "SalesComparable" and LatitudeIdentifier is not provided.
- 03Review and correct the value when appropriate; this is a Warning, but it can still raise reviewer questions.
- 04Use the official Single-family (SF1) sample value on this page as a reference pattern, then re-run validation.
