Terms of Service

By creating an account or using UADReady (the “Service”), operated by ContinuousTech, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

UADReady helps you validate and QC UAD 3.6 appraisal reports before submission. It is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for your professional judgment. We do not guarantee that any report will be accepted by UCDP or any lender — final acceptance is always determined by those systems.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for appraisal professionals and QC teams. You must only upload data you are authorized to process.

We offer a free tier and a paid plan. Current limits: guests get a limited lifetime allowance; the free plan includes 3 report uploads and 30 questions; the Pro plan is $49/month for 30 uploads per month plus unlimited questions, with additional uploads billed at $1 each. Limits and pricing may change with notice. Automated abuse or circumvention of limits is prohibited.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Razorpay) on a recurring basis until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

• Do not upload data you lack the rights or authorization to process.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its AI features.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You retain ownership of the reports and data you upload. We retain all rights in the Service, its software, knowledge base, and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your data to provide the Service.

We keep no copy of the file you upload — it is validated in memory and dropped. When you are signed in we save the result: the findings, the subject address and opinion of value, the name of the file, and, if you run it, the AI QC output. Signed-in copilot conversations are saved automatically. The optional AI QC pass sends a pseudonymised extract of your report to our AI provider; it excludes the street address but includes city, state, postal code and your narrative comments. Our Privacy Policy sets all of this out field by field, and you should read it before uploading a report you are not authorized to process.

You can generate a link that makes a report’s summary readable by anyone who has it, without signing in. That link exposes the subject street address and opinion of value. Creating and distributing one is your decision and your responsibility — confirm you are permitted to disclose the report before you share it. Links do not expire on their own, and disabling sharing and re-enabling it reuses the same link.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional appraisal advice, and its outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for your reports and their compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContinuousTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of our registered location, unless a mandatory law provides otherwise. Contact hello@uadready.com.
