Where this rule lives in the report

1. 01Open the Sales Comparison Approach › General Information › {No Label} area of the URAR and find AdditionalComparisonLineItemIdentifier.
2. 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1455: For each combination of ComparableAdjustmentType = ("SalesComparableAdditionalAdjustableComparisonItem" or "SalesComparableAdditionalNonAdjustableComparisonItem") and AdditionalComparisonLineItemIdentifier, if there are not matching occurrences of COMPARABLE_ADJUSTMENT across all instances of PROPERTY with @ValuationUseType = "SalesComparable", and the instance of PROPERTY with @ValuationUseType = "SubjectProperty". Example: In Appendix D-1: Sample Scenario SF1, an additional row was added with the Report Label "Below Grade Exterior Access". AdditionalComparisonLineItemIdentifier = "Below Grade Exterior Access" must be provided for the Subject and all Comps along with the associated data points..
3. 03Review and correct the value when appropriate; this is a Warning, but it can still raise reviewer questions.
4. 04Use the official Single-family (SF1) sample value on this page as a reference pattern, then re-run validation.
