  2. 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1507: ExecutionDate does not include year, month and day (YYYY-MM-DD format) in a given instance of SIGNATORY.
  3. 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
