- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1401: @ValuationUseType = "SalesComparable" and EasementType = "Other" and EasementTypeOtherDescription is not provided in a given instance of EASEMENT.
- 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
- 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.
