- 01Open the Sales Comparison Approach › Site › Property Restriction area of the URAR and find Property Restriction.
- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1399: @ValuationUseType = "SalesComparable" and RestrictionType = "Other" and RestrictionTypeOtherDescription is not provided in a given instance of CONDITION_COVENANT_RESTRICTION.
- 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
- 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.
