How to fix UAD1086
UAD1086 is a Fatal UAD 3.6 edit, so clear it before the appraisal report goes to UCDP.
- 01Open the Other area of the URAR and find LivingUnitCount.
- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1086: For each IMPROVEMENT, if LivingUnitCount <> the number of instances of PROPERTY_UNIT.
- 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
- 04Use the official Single-family (SF1) sample value on this page as a reference pattern, then re-run validation.
