- 01Open the Outbuilding › Detail › Utilities area of the URAR and find Utilities.
- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1059: ImprovementType = "Outbuilding" and OutbuildingRealPropertyIndicator = "true" and UtilityType = "Other" and UtilityTypeOtherDescription is not provided in a given instance of OUTBUILDING_UTILITY.
- 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
- 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.
