UAD1764 is a Fatal UAD 3.6 edit, so clear it before the appraisal report goes to UCDP.

  1. 01Open the Unit Interior area of the URAR and find PROPERTY_UNIT.
  2. 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1764: ImprovementType = ‘Dwelling’ and there are no instances of PROPERTY_UNIT.
  3. 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
  4. 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.
