UAD1747 — The exterior inspection method, interior inspection method, and inspection date must be associated with the party that performed the inspection. In the UAD XML, one instance of RELATIONSHIP must be included for each Appraiser and/or Supervisory Appraiser that links INSPECTION to ROLE. How to fix UAD1747

- 01Open the Assignment Information › Contact Information › Subject Property Inspection area of the URAR and find Subject Property Inspection.
- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1747: PartyRoleType = "Appraiser" or "AppraiserSupervisor" and there is no instance of RELATIONSHIP provided for each role that links INSPECTION to the associated ROLE..
- 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
- 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.
