How to fix UAD1704

UAD1704 is a UAD 3.6 Warning edit; it may not block delivery, but it is still worth resolving before review.

  1. 01Open the Sales Comparison Approach › Additional Properties Analyzed Not Used › Sale Date area of the URAR and find Sale Date.
  2. 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1704: @ValuationUseType = "PropertyAnalyzedNotUsed" and there is more than one instance of SALES_HISTORY.
  3. 03Review and correct the value when appropriate; this is a Warning, but it can still raise reviewer questions.
  4. 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.

This fix guidance is derived from the published rule message, trigger logic, report location, field definition, and official sample data available for this rule.
