How to fix UAD1690
UAD1690 is a Fatal UAD 3.6 edit, so clear it before the appraisal report goes to UCDP.
- 01Open the Does Not Display › Does Not Display › Does Not Display area of the URAR and find Does Not Display.
- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1690: @ValuationUseType = "SubjectProperty" and SiteDefectsExistIndicator = "true", and there is no instance of RELATIONSHIP with @xlink:arcrole = "urn:fdc:mismo.org:2009:residential/DEFECT_ContainsDefectOf_SITE" linking DEFECT to SITE.
- 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
- 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.
