How to fix UAD1527
UAD1527 is a Fatal UAD 3.6 edit, so clear it before the appraisal report goes to UCDP.
- 01Open the Assignment Information › Contact Information › Credentials - Level area of the URAR and find Credentials - Level.
- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1527: AppraiserLicenseType = "Other" and AppraiserLicenseTypeOtherDescription is not provided in a given instance of APPRAISER_LICENSE.
- 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
- 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.
