How to fix UAD1209
UAD1209 is a Fatal UAD 3.6 edit, so clear it before the appraisal report goes to UCDP.
- 01Open the Does Not Display › Does Not Display › Does Not Display area of the URAR and find Does Not Display.
- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1209: @ValuationUseType = "SubjectProperty" and ListedWithinPreviousYearIndicator = "false", and there is no instance of RELATIONSHIP with @xlink:arcrole = "urn:fdc:mismo.org:2009:residential/DATA_SOURCE_IsDataSourceFor_LISTING_INFORMATION_SUMMARY" that links DATA_SOURCE to LISTING_INFORMATION_SUMMARY.
- 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
- 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.
