- 01Open the Dwelling Exterior › Quality and Condition › Detail area of the URAR and find Detail.
- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1069: FoundationMaterialType = "Other" and FoundationMaterialTypeOtherDescription is not provided in a given instance of FOUNDATION_MATERIAL.
- 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
- 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.
