UAD1033 is a Fatal UAD 3.6 edit, so clear it before the appraisal report goes to UCDP.
- 01Open the Does Not Display › Does Not Display › Does Not Display area of the URAR and find Does Not Display.
- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1033: more than one instance of PROPERTY has @ValuationUseType = "SubjectProperty".
- 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
- 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.
