- 01Open the Subject Property › Ownership Rights › Rights Not Included area of the URAR and find Rights Not Included.
- 02Check the condition that triggers UAD1031: PropertyPartialInterestType = "Other" and PropertyPartialInterestTypeOtherDescription is not provided in a given instance of REAL_PROPERTY_INTEREST.
- 03Correct the missing, invalid, duplicate, or inconsistent value before submitting to UCDP.
- 04Re-run validation after the change so conditional downstream edits are checked again.
